I’m so happy right now, the food, the service The French omelette was perfect and then the Palisade Peach Tart… I could eat three!! The coffee is GOOD! It’s so bright and lovely inside, the service was warm and genuine. Please stay in Hygiene forever

Stopped by during a group bike ride and man some amazing pastries and coffee. Beautifully designed interior and bathroom. Can’t wait to come back!! Would highly recommend for those in the Hyigene area

Great ambiance and delicious food. Cafe Fritz is a local cafe in the cute town of Hygiene Colorado. The matcha is amazing and the banana bread slice we had was incredible. A block away from a park so you could order Togo and just take a short walk. Definitely come try them out! Only 5 minutes west of Hover in Longmont .

My partner and I are glorified coffee snobs and are so happy this high quality gem of a cafe that exists in Old Hygiene. We come here with our dog and are always greeted with so much friendliness. Olivia is a sweetheart! The pastries are delicious with gluten free options. The french omelette is made of all local and organic ingredients. What a treasure!

The baked goods we had were amazing :) Really lovely place in a wonderful location off the beaten path. Their food is excellent, and we enjoyed the company and conversation. Kudos to barista, we appreciated everything! Update: recent visit was lovely. Hot ginger and lemon drink. Blood orange drink as well. Polenta and rosemary pastry. Really, go visit and enjoy the atmosphere. Yum! Update to the update: Plum Torte! Mmmmm...
